I started my business because I love to cook and think it’s incredibly rewarding to meet new people.
With a long experience of food from different parts of the world, I can now combine the best I have learnt over the years and put my own touch into the food.
There´s no silver thread to everything that I do. I simply fix what my guests and I desire. Everything from duck liver to Ethiopian injera and a lot in between.
My dream finally came true, having my own foodtruck. It’s given me more opportunities to cook. You are welcome to come to me and eat or let me bring my truck to you.
I believe that the secret of good food is a combination of quality raw materials, without forgetting structure and efficiency.
